yet, ANOTHER steamer in southeastern wisconsin
butt a nice cold brew goes down quite nicely while cookin' over a hot Weber
today, it's Mexican marinated chicken
bought up a load of chicken and nopales from El Rey in Milwaukee, a great Mexican grocery chain
thighs and sticks were marinated for over 7 hours... peppers from our garden, and small Yukons CIS style
bird on
taters sizzlin'
sticks + thighs coated with Bone Suckin' Sauce after i determined the shé~cone was cooked thoroughly
turned the spuds, they're cooked too
time for the nopales and peppers, one each poblano and fryer
bird comin' off with the taters
and the peppers and cactus follow
and finally plated to eet
the chicken was daggum tasty!
the taters are ALWAYS great!!
and the pepper/nopale combo was outstanding!!!
