Oh heck yeah. But you're a couple weeks too early for Mexico Independence day. You'll have to do a redo in a couple weeks
 
Seriously looks amazing, I would love a pineapple strawberry margarita with that meal.
I had three. Margaritas, that is. Cazadores, fresh frozen pineapple and strawberries. Feeling good. Real good.

And a few tacos 🌮 in the belly.

Never too early to celebrate the glory of MX. Need to get back there on vacation. Was hoping for March but that’s when the home should close.
 
Everything looks great but the Guac 🥑 kind of stands out! Looks so fresh!
Thanks. Credit where credit is due here. The daughter made the guacamole. Five avos. And she used to work at Chipotle. Avo, Romas, fresh lime, gran garlic, SP. she wouldn’t let me add cumin tho. It was very good.

The bird was super juicy. Best taco in town, by far. Marinated in my usual which I’ve shared here.
 
Dang, Brett...That entire cook just rocks. Great char on that bird. Over the top...especially removing the seeds!!
Thank you. Pico does taste better de-seeded. Less bitter and less liquidy. The margs got dinner to the next level. Our first “real” drinking since summer vacation. My how we missed tequila. But we needed that 30 day dry out.
