Planked Salmon Sun-day (w/ the sounds of birds chirping)

We got a bunch done this weekend, the weather was gorgeous, dinner was something simple. Cindy starts us off with a tomato salad



Salmon's on. The crust (or mush, it didn't really make a crust ) is shallot, garlic, dill, s&p, Bone Dust, lemon juice and EVOO.
