Planked Salmon and Bison Chili Dogs

Made some salmon and dogs with bison chili from lunch. Served with tomato salad from the garden and slow cooker mac n cheese.

All looks great Jeff although...not sure I have ever seen salmon and chilli dogs served together...grilled together...but it looks super all the same..

I have been wanting to try salmon on the grill with a bed of lemons and you just reminded me of that!
