Plancha Bacon Cheeseburgers

Made some awesome bacon cheeseburgers using a plancha on my Weber Summit 450. Used some of that excellent Prather Ranch ground beef that TVWBB member Mache turned me on to.

It's hard to grate grill a burger and get that king of crust.
