Pizza!

While I'm still home recovering from my surgery,I'm doing most of the cooking. I realized that we hadn't had pizza out of the wood oven in a while,so that's what we had the other day!
I fired it up about 2 in the afternoon using some of the lump I got on clearance at Tractor Supply.

I kept adding some for 4 hours until it was super hot!
Pammi likes a margarita pizza so that's what she had. Mine was the same,just added some pepperoni. We just used some TJs dough.

Mine was a little too crispy on the bottom,but still good!
 
Oh Man... You have a wood oven!!!! Great pie :).

Ps. heading up to Asheville next week for a 5-day photo shoot. Any good BBQ joints around there?

@Jose,sure don't. I don't usually eat BBQ outside of my backyard! Lol
@Bob,first,and only,time working with bricks! That's why it's so rustic!

Hope recovery is going well. That oven is sweet! Would love to see some shots of the pizza cooking inside. The results look tasty.
 
Pizza looks stellar. When im settled down in my dream home i will build an oven like this aswell. Really cool.
