That is one beautiful pizza. Can't tell from your pics but do you have a stone under the pizza? And do you have any problems removing the pizza with the peel? I've only done pizza in the oven on a stone and sometimes have problems getting it to stay on the peel to the point of having to pull it with tongs to get it on the peel.
Scotty, yes I have pizza on a stone. And that peel is a challenge when removing from grill. Have since gotten a metal one for removal, much easier. I also dust the board with a little cornmeal, helps with placement and removal.
Great looking pie Troy, this is something I can aspire to. I have a metal peel also and no matter how much cornmeal I put on the peel the pie is not sliding. I have been told that my dough is probably too wet. I have switched to using parchment paper and take the paper out once the crust is crispy enough. Nice job Troy.
