it's been over a year since I've made pizza at home I think, so I turned over a new leaf for the new year and waddya know.....
I made up a batch of Barb's dough, went skiing for a couple hours (it's icy & a slow start here), came home & did it up.
For the sauce I used a can of chopped tomatoes from Costco - I strained it first though, shook it around just a little to get most of the liquid out, & then put it into my mini food processor with some oregano, garlic powder, dehydrated chopped jalapeno, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, black pepper, & salt.
cooked at 550F for 9 minutes. Pretty good for such a long time off.
I'm not a good ice skier but that's about all there was this weekend. I took up a different pair of skies each day(3) until I found a pair that worked for me.
