Beef tenderloin,spinach(cooked in butter 1 min),cheddar,parmesan,garlic,salt&pepper.

Cut´n´rolled out(a bit to small,should have used flank steak if i had one)

Filled(chedar added next..Not shown)

Pinned:

After a 1 hour rest in the fridge...Cut:

Onto a 500f fire(dome)

4+3 mins...1 flipp

Carbs(Halved taters/evoo/sea salt/pepper)

Plated
