Pie and Chicken.

Not alot to say about the chicken dish..Here we go:

B/S breasts butterflyed/flattend


Filled with congac flambe´d shrooms



Rolled up and a quick sear


This is were we failed with the camera..But the rolls were put in a pan with a white wine sauce. Cooked indirect for about 20 min. Then plated with a pasta and the sauce from the pan. Looks something like this:

PIE:

Not to be confused with a pizza...This is a no yeast butter dough. Flattend out´n´put in a shallow Pizza/pie pan. Filled with sauted shrooms/smoked porkloin/coctail maters


Added a simple egg wash and topped with cheese.


Cooked indirect for about 40 min(rotated half way in)


Sliced


Served


Both super tasty meals. (cred for the pie goes to MLI)
