Picnic Shoulder and some ribs

Just got back into town from a Mexico vacation and the wife and I had a hankering for some BBQ. Had a 10lb. picnic shoulder and 2 racks of baby backs. Honey mustard on everything then Famous Dave's on the shoulder and 1 rack of ribs and then BBQ 3000 on the other rack. Fired up the 22.5 with some Weekend Warrior. Not the ideal day for smoking! Started 10 pm and finished 5 pm the next day! Temps went from the 70s when I started and plummeted to the 40s and light mist and swirling winds! Struggled to keep temps up, went through 2 full loads of lump also! Did 3-2 on the ribs, turned out great! No prep pictures, and crappy iPhone pictures(sorry).

Felt like I was being watched, turned around and sure enough, wife sent in her lead investigators to make sure I wasn't dropping anything on the floor!

Tim that meal looks awesome...I am going to have to get some pulled pork going!! Man and your pups are growing fast!! I thought I was seeing double Gerti's for a minute(and if it was posted last nite there would have been 4 of em!)

Morgan- Gerti's getting big too! I think there about the same age? Girls are just over 6 months now, growing fast! Seems like just a few weeks ago they were just tiny little pups!

Lampe, windows open, they look down(second floor) at the neighbors cat door waiting for one to come out. You stand outside with a PIG ear, and there coming through the screen for them!

Thanks Gene! We usually freeze a bunch. Can't find small shoulders around here?
 
Nice welcome back meal Tim. Also like the wisteria in bloom. Ordinarily there opened by now here but not this year.
