I had the pleasure of judging BBQ today for the 4th year in a row at the Wine Country Big Q competition in Petaluma, CA. It was a hot day, but the turn-out was good and there were plenty of cold adult beverages to keep the crowd properly hydrated.

Congrats to TVWBB friends Sharpe Gourmet Cooking Wood for taking GC and Cynical BBQ for taking RC.

I hope the secret is out! I've got to help level the playing field between NorCal and SoCal. These SoCal teams keep coming up north, take all our prize money and trophies, and smile all the way back down I-5!
