Wicker's marinade, Penzey's California Peppered pork chops

a little chilly outside...

...figured i'd grill outta the PV and outta the wind... so i set-up the 18" Avocado on the E side of the garage

chops on direct for four minutes each side then indirect until the magic temp was hit

naked baby yams were roasted ovenside along with poblano & sweet peppers and chopped onions

Tim, the california pepper blend has all this in it:
black pepper, red and green bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
imagine how good that combo can taste....
