Peach Smoked Bratwurst Nachos

Choir practice has started back up for my wife, so Thursdays are guy's night again.

With a large influx of German immigrants to Missouri during the 1800's,
much of the area is heavily influenced with German cuisine.
This includes bratwurst. (not trying to steal Wisconsin's thunder)
Most grocery stores make it fresh daily, and all the meat shops have a large, and excellent variety.

I smoked these beer brats with peach wood.

Then made nachos with salsa verde, tomato, and melted queso cheese.

All I can say is muy bueno y'all!
