pastrami sandwich ?

well tomorrow i'll start smoking my brisket that has been curing for 5 days in order to make pastrami.

But i was wondering, how do u usually eat pastrami ? in sandiwch ? what do you put in it ?

KISS - Start with some nice rye bread then top with favorite mustard, Keen's hot for me.

I like mine on rye bread, Gudens mustard, a little horseradish and swiss cheese.

a lot of mustard of your choice and maybe some cheese, swiss is always nice. rye bread is good too, but any good roll will work. Pile it high

make sure you get some good dill pickles as a side and maybe some 'slaw.
