the beef was marinated in Goya Picante Mojo then simply seasoned with fresh ground black pepper

Tacos look absolutely delicious!
Arracherra in my opinion is the best for carne asada tacos.
 
Hard to say with a few Taco expert weivers...But dang that is some of the best in a while! Looks stunning mate!
