the beef was marinated in Goya Picante Mojo then simply seasoned with fresh ground black pepper

after the grill, it was sliced thin...

...or chopped.

tortillas warmed on a Comal (thanks John!)

some served with crema agria...

...some not.

next time, i'll try frying the tacos...
