Great looking pizza there.
You should try the Trader Joe pizza dough... at a $1.19 each... & it's pretty good.
Also consider some hot capicola as opposed to pepperoni.

The problem has been the lid and that's why I'm hoping that the 22" jumbo Joe will work, the lid on it is much lower than the kettle. The WSM lid was no good, the bottom burned and the top never cooked
