Oysters, Beer and Steak

A couple cooks and brewed a Vanilla Porter. GF shucked a sack of oysters for me and I chargrilled 4 dozen or so and we did a couple dozen raw. Still have a couple dozen for a fried oyster salad tonight.

Also did ribeyes and brewed a vanilla porter a couple of weeks ago that are included.

You don't know what you are missing. They are awesome raw and chargrilled, though chargrilled are my favorite.

Super easy. Melt some butter with some garlic. Put the oysters over a hot grill, ladel on some butter and top with Parmesan cheese. Takes about five minutes total.

You can add bacon to everything, but for this I wouldn't. I love oysters too much. But it would never hurt.
