Oysters, Beer and Steak

A couple cooks and brewed a Vanilla Porter. GF shucked a sack of oysters for me and I chargrilled 4 dozen or so and we did a couple dozen raw. Still have a couple dozen for a fried oyster salad tonight.

Also did ribeyes and brewed a vanilla porter a couple of weeks ago that are included.

















 
Wow she's a keeper Andy. Great looking meal - I need to try grilling some oysters - seems kind of criminal that I haven't given where I live and all...

Super easy. Melt some butter with some garlic. Put the oysters over a hot grill, ladel on some butter and top with Parmesan cheese. Takes about five minutes total.
