Overnight pulled pork.

Decided to smoke a 7.5 lb butt last night. I seasoned with Meathead's Memphis dust around noon and placed on WSM at 10:30 that night.

I love the cherry especially on pork. I was lucky and caught my neighbor trimming his cherry trees. He told me to take all I wanted so I loaded up.
