So I had Carne Asada, Rotisserie Lamb and some 80-20 in the fridge, decided to make use of my leftovers and do a Chili
Everything lined up, diced the meat up, white onion, Mex onion, two Serrano's, five cloves of garlic. Also chopped up my OTG cooked blood sausage left over too.
Ground beef on a separate skillet so I can drain the fat, and the onions garlic and Serrano's sauteing
Crimini Shrooms, black beans, cilantro, cumin, all the meats and Mexican Oregano along with some Adobo Powder all in the CI to simmer for a couple of hours
Pablano's getting fired up
Fresh Mexican Chorizo getting browned
Poblano's cooled, burnt skin peeled and seeded, sliced in a T cut and filled with the chorizo and blood sausage and a few strips of Asiago cheeze
Mex Oregano, shredded sharp cheddar added and wrapped and tied with rehydrated corn husks
Chili on the OTG with Stubbs and some Apple Wood getting finished
Chili bubbling and done, the Rellenos on
The WSM started whispering to me, I'm lonely and there is meat on the hoof behind me, lets go
