Wow if you haven't tried I recommend..sweet with a back door heat. I used Webers Citrus Marinade instead of the recommended Wolf Rub. Used Webers dry though...no liquid. I used 2 packets. SAMs Club wings one package.
Wings coated with Weber Citrus..no liquid
Then the Orange Marmalade getting thickened up on the stovetop
Then I used this recipe as a dipping sauce..cannot remember the name I printed the directions...goes excellent with this. Do a search on site I'm sure you will find the name. It's a Sweet Sauce
1/4 C peach preserves/jam
1/4 C apricot preserves/jam
2 T corn syrup
5 t white vinegar
1 1/2 t corn starch
1/2 t soy sauce
1/2 t yellow mustard
1/4 t salt
1/8 t garlic powder
2 T water
Combine all ingredients except the water in a food processor or a blender and puree until the mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add water, stir, and bring to a boil. Allow it to boil for five minutes, stirring often. When the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
