a pretty simply non-exciting dinner
started with a lakefront ale, wheat monkey, good stuff
using the DoubleD Burgandy OTS with all the leftover charcoal from yesterday's brat cook i added ten lit atop the that used kingsford
EVOO'd and seasoned with penzey's saltfree adobo, these tater chips were cut one inch thin
after 30 minutes or so, i added one inch thin (maybe thicker) pork loin chops
those guys were marinated in Guy's #6 Carolina slop then seasoned with Galena Street from penzeys
about thirty minutes total on the Weber until it hit an internal of 140ºF.
while it was only mistin' rain at my house, up the road, it was pourin' reddogs + jazzcats!
Butt i got the tater chips off and dry
and the chops too
shortly thereafter, dinner was served with sautéed zucchini and onions with tomatoes, all garden fresh.
a little mayo mixed with sambal oelek chili paste for dippin' anything...
the loin chops were very tasty! and the squash always excellent... actually, a daggumgood dinner.
Thank you for visiting!
