One-grate Surf & Turf Dinner

Started with some plain old bakers and sweet corn in the husk:


Sliced some "baby bella" (cremini) mushrooms, an onion and crushed a few cloves of garlic and sauteed them in butter & olive oil with some S&P; at the end, I deglazed the pan with a splash of my fine beverage:


The fine beverage:


The missus peeled some shrimp, tossed in veg oil and sprinkled with Old Bay for the "surf" component:


And the "turf" component were some top sirloins in a "Bacon Maple Chipotle BBQ" marinade:


Here they are on the grill; I seared them direct, then moved away from the big pile of lump to finish cooking:


I pulled them at 140, rested for 5 minutes, then sliced:
 
Chad, looks delicious! You reminded me to grab some mushrooms at the grocery. I need to start making them as my side more often.

That finished steak looks perfectly executed.
