Well as a lot of you may know my better half, Kerry, has been a chickenatarian for quite some time. Before that she was a vegetarian for about 12 years. Well the other night she surprised me and said she was willing to give pork a try again. After I picked my jaw up off the floor and inspected her for needle marks and signs of possible alien invasion I decided I better cook her some quick before she changed her mind.

So I grabbed some tenderloins from the market and decided to try the Garlic Grilled Pork Tenderloin that B. Kaylor posted in the recipe section. It's really good.

I was so excited and was trying to do a great cook I hardly took any pics.

Grilled up nice

My plate. Kerry said since she was eating pork I had to have a salad

Kerry's plate. Three little pieces of pork, salad and sweet and sour cabbage.

Thank goodness she didn't say I had to have the cabbage.

She said it was good but I don't want to push my luck by asking her to have pork again to soon. She says she wants a pork roast and gravy next but not yet.

Meanwhile we are back to the regular chicken.

Bob, your PTL looks ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!
and the shé~cone is as PERFECT! VeryNice on BOTH dinners!

& Congratulations to Kerry Sample!

Congratulations Bob.... Baby steps don't get to agressive. If she wants pork again make sure it's the best....

So Kerry is back to chicken, and you're back to no salad eh?
It all looks terrific to me Bob!
But then again, I'm a foodetarian.

My, my. Isn't it amazing how people can change! But congrats, Bob, it's so nice to have someone enjoy good cooking with you. You need to do a pork butt -- so many ways to prepare that pulled pork and oh so good! You can even include it in a salad! ;)

And then just think -- isn't a nice steak so very good?

Breaking news............ she came home looking for a snack before dinner and she sliced a piece off the leftover tenderloin in the fridge.

Rich she grew up on a beef farm and wouldn't touch beef when I met her 33years ago, don't think I have much chance of trying to convince her now.

Baby steps.
