Olympic Drummies

Tonight for dinner I made chicken drummies. The drummies were brined in simple brine (sugar/salt) for 4 hours. Then I seasoned them with my own rub. Once the skin got crispy, I then drunk them in Buffalo sauce and Sweet Chili sauce.



 
classic American dish. love that combo, the color on your birds is excellent and tough to achieve. nice.
