Had an old two bone rib roast lurking in the freezer. Been lurking for about eight months, now that the monsoon seasons is starting it might lurk for another couple of months so I decided to get er done.
Fired up the Camp Chef at 275 using Pitt Boss completion pellets which I really like.
Let it cruise for a little over two hours then bumped it up to 325 to finish. Pulled it at 135 rested for twenty minutes.
Barb grilled up some zucchini and a side of garlic mashed potatoes on the E320 gasser.
Over all a great meal and got plenty of leftovers for another meal.
