Old Bench Vise


 
Back in 2017 I picked up a nice Wilton for my workbench from FBM. I think I paid ~$80 for it. It’s much more vise than I need but I like it. These are the pictures from the ad, all I did to it was wipe the dust off after I mounted it.

Same one I had on my basement workbench in our old house. It was great. I did break a shear pin in it once...but was easily replaced. I through bolted it through 3/4" plywood with lock and fender washers.

I'm thinking about offering on these American made vices in my neighborhood. Athol and Colombian both 4".
Any thoughts on them?
Or should I hold out for a nice Reed?

Josh, I am partial to the Starrett's and Athol's as the Factory was 25 miles from me and they always made quality products.
