Emilie here. Daniel is working extra hours today/tomorrow.(panic at his company) So if dinner is done when he comes home he will be happy.

This is whats for dinner.

Moinks with some kick.(almost pure pork though)


Jalapeño/cheese in a minced pork mix(salt/pepper/an egg/ beef fond) ( almost a Moo right here)


On the grill. Added some mild burgers to the kids(from the same pork mix)


Served something like this,Pasta with some crumbled blue ontop.(and YES that is Ketchup...True story )


Really nice ones actually...Daniel gave em 2 thumbs up.
