North Shore Pork Steaks

My wife and I went to the North Shore of Lake Superior for our 1 year anniversary. There was a gift shop that we stop on in and I found this bbq sauce. It was Bootleggers Trail Backwood BBQ Sauce. It was pretty good stuff. So, I decided to use it on some pork steaks. Here are the pics! Sorry no plated shots, but action shots.
