It is excellent. After it cooled for an hour I putbit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Will definitely make again.

Chocolate sheet cake is one of my faves! I use the Recipe out or the 1997 Joy of Cooking. That cake looks delicious! I must try that recipe.

I like the sound of the pecans in the frosting. I'd like to stuff a large slice of that cake into a pint glass, pour milk over it, & eat it with a spoon like I used to as a kid.....
