I hate it when the last day of the month is a Friday, didn't get home until nearly 8PM (I'm at work before 5AM) My bride did the shopping last night and found a good deal on New Yorks, so brought them home and marinade them for my arrival

I fired up the S330, got it up to 600+ and threw this puppies on. Five minutes later I was eating which was only ten minutes after getting home. Now that makes for a nice ending to a long day

With steaks like that there's a reason the tater is called a side... no picture needed. Even after a long day like you had those steaks had to put a smile on your face.
