New Year's Day

Hello everyone.... Happy New Years.

This year we went to my friends house up in our local mountains. The day before it snowed so it was nice to see snow and cook in it.



A 24 hour marinade using grill mates garlic and pepper corn




Maribel says hi...... You know who you are...



Around 1:30 am we got to cook...









Here we are with my friend Marco... Had a great time and we were happy he had us over and my sister In law and Her family.

Yes. That was only for a day in a half. I even had to buy chains for the truck tires. Had to use them too no exceptions per highway patrol.
