Well I've entered the ceramic cooking camp with a Kamado Joe Classic . I was lucky enough to find this on sale and just couldn't help myself ;0

I have yet to cook on it, but out of the box looks very well built and comes standard with some nice features such as cart, folding bamboo side shelfs, ash tool & grate lifting tool. Also boast a nice 3" temperature gauge.

Thinking i'll break it in with a nice hunk o brisket.

Here's a couple pic's just after assembling in the carport...

Look into the http://www.ceramicgrillstore.com/kamado-joe.html. The owner, Tom, is a really great guy with great customer service. I have an adjustable rig and grid extender among other things. Really makes these kind of cookers more versatile.

Almost forgot, I also have the large spider for wok cooking.

Just call them and tell them what kind of cooker you have and what you're looking to do.

Nice find Stefan. Can't wait to see this puppy in action and some of the good cooks that are going to come out of it.
