I’ll pick up another bulb of fennel and a nice big onion and play with that. A few sausages maybe some beans and a sweet potato crunch, should be plenty! I’m pretty sure the menu is mostly set. Thanks!
Now, I’ve got to find that sweet potato recipe!

Fennel bulbs are ready for slicing, as is the onion, will make a little Mornay sauce and, top with panko, should be nice.
