New 1991 performer charcoal grill for sale

I would pay that. A new performer today is prolly 450 ish. SS table that thing is pristine with the old wire style baskets.\
Just getting that 5# tank recertified would be a concern.

They charge about $10-$15 around me for a recert. But, you can always just trade in the tank at a tank exchange place. They don't check cert dates on the trade in tank. In fact, I even trade in the tanks with quick connect and old style connectors for ones with the new Acme connectors.
That has been my experience with the Walmart (Rhino) exchanges.

That 5# tank is pristine just like the rest of the grill.
I've never seen a 5# in a propane exchange.

Oh, yah, I didn't even realize we were talking about a 5# tank. They are pretty hard to find around here, certified or not.

Picked up this 2001 ss performer last night for $30. Couldn’t pass it up at that price. Cleaned it some late last night in last 2 pictures. Will need a second frame piece added on bottom, igniter work, ash pan, propane tank and a leg socket reattached. Has anyone used jb weld or something else to reattach a leg socket?

I tried to launch craigslist for that Performer looks like it is already sold as item not found. How much was it even a dent if it was new as they said and I do not doubt it was that tank looks it just came out of the factory. Unfortunately in ATL as Kyle said no one would certify that tank.

Has anyone done a repair on a kettle or performer bowl to reattach a leg socket? If yes, did you weld it back on, use jb weld high heat or something else? Please share tips on this if you can.
