Need help with identifying the year of this grill

Found this in the trash yesterday and am going to start restoring it. I know its a Genesis Silver A. But there is no serial number on it. Was hoping someone can help me identify the year of it. From what I read I am thinking around 2002-2003ish. Thanks in advance!

I would agree with early 2000's Genesis Silver A. If you remove the right hand gray end cap, there is a good chance you will find the data sticker with serial number on the end of the control panel.

Those little Silver A two burners are great little grills. I restored one years ago and gave it to my son when he lived in a small condo. He now lives in a big house with a huge patio. But he still has the little silver A for quick cooks along with his Wolf.

I am going to guess that your Silver A is 2000 or 2001.

Bad news, checked in the spot you recommended and its all worn out.

Very common. It is a 2001-2002 and that is really all you need to know parts wise.

If it helps you when sourcing parts. I just restored a similar green lid, but a 3 burner. Based off serial number, it's a 2000. Have fun bringing it back to life!
