Nashville Hot Chicken

Instead of frying the chicken I dredged them in some Dixie Fry Coating mix and then cooked them indirect on my grill. I used Hauttie B's recipe for the sauce. Never had hot chicken before except for the stuff KFC sold, really liked this. Also instead of white bread I used Honey Oat bread.

No they are not boneless. The chicken is traditionally served on white bread with pickle chips on the side

Looks outstanding, John! I too have never tried Nashville hot chicken before, authentic or inauthentic. Man, that chicken skin must have been amazing all coated in hot sauce.
