Mystery Meat Dinner

R.I.P. 7/21/2024
A while ago I stared a thread about some mystery meat as Tony R. referred to it that I bought. I got these at the store for a dollar a pound. It was pork loin sirloin chops, I’ve never seen them before. They were 5 to a pack about a pound for each chop, ended up buying 3 packs.
Finally got a chance to cook one up, had to use the gasser as it was really windy, fire danger here is extreme so I won’t take a chance with the charcoal in the wind.
It was an all Weber show, Weber grill, Weber seasoning, Weber BBQ sauce.
Cooked reverse sear to 160 let the chop rest for 5 minuets.
Absolutely terrific very moist and tender with great flavor only down side is I only have 14 left.

$/pound? Heck my plastic bags @ the store cost halvf of that. And whatta meal! Thats it im selling all of this and come over.

Those chops look fantastic. I use a lot of that Weber rub also. Appreciated you comment about fire danger. This area here is very prone to wildfires. I live in the country and have to keep a watchful eye towards those windy days.

Yummmmmm! And baked potato with asparagus too! And that looks like Captain & Coke? You're killing me!!! Great meal, I'm hungry just looking at your pictures!
