My Wife's Birthday Dinner

I've been trying to post this for 2 1/2 days. Photobucket went south on me on Tuesday. After they were down for several hours I found I could not upload pictures. I've contacted them twice and all I was successful in receiving was a list of FAQ's from Roger the Robot, seriously. I finally got a few of the pictures to load, about 15-20 minutes per picture so I have no idea how they will look. I guess I'll spend the weekend trying to find another host site. I got your suggestion Bob. Thank you. Anyway, I'll give this a try. My wife said she wanted lobster, white rice and artichokes for dinner and a berry pie for dessert. Everything but the white rice was done on the grill or the WSM. Here goes.

These were 13.5 oz. each.



Earlier on the day got the pie going.

Assorted berries.



A dash of sugar and some corn starch and butter.



Ready for WSM.



On WSM for about 50 minutes.



Done. It was a leaker but it was delicious.



Back to the lobster.





Chokes on for about 45 minutes.

Anyway, we had a great day and dinner. Glad to get this posted and move on to something that works. A little frustrated after all of this hassle with Photobucket and their lack of support. Once again my friends, thanks for looking.

Cliff,
I am always blown away when I see lobster tail done on the grill. It seems like just 30 seconds between perfectly cooked and tough seafood/cinged edges. Maybe I'm wrong, but yours looks perfect. You make it look easy.
