started with a few brats

bratwurst topped with a good Polish mustard and served with a red cabbage slaw

then grilled up a couple of boneless ribeyes...

grabbed a bottle of sauce to cover the legsNthighs

and served it with carrots, corn and onions with skillet baked taters

a coupla pork chops followed... these were dusted with Dirty South BBQ rub (Thanks to Jim Highfill)

then we went to our favourite chicken recipe, Roadside.

Friday night, we tossed on the Weber a 2½ lb Tri Tip

mashed them taters this time around and served with a fresh garden spinach/lettuce/cilantro/radish salad

found a repo of an old Shiner sign so I hung it in the P1G

finally, yesterday, tossed on the 26"OTG, a rack of spares with it's tips

over 5 hours later, I cut'em up and we ate!

Wow! You have been eatin really well my friend! All of those and I mean ALL of those cooks look great Jim. Nice choice of brews too.
 
Everything looks fantastic as always!! I haven't had that Shiner Beer in ages. Gotta get some :)
 
Quite a display of fine looking food Jim. Love those Brats. The rest is great too. Really like the carrot, corn onion side.
 
What a week of great cooks, Jim. As a meat and potatoes gal I like that taters are included in some form with every meal (aside from the brats). Great grill marks on the tri-tip, it looks cooked to perfection!
 
Please let me know when a house on your street goes up for sale. I have no problem relocating, so I can be "that neighbor" that always shows up when you're just finished a cook!!!
