Tony was extremely gracious and sent me some chef moritos when I couldn't find any in my area. Here is my thank you cook to Tony and excuse to post again!

Here's the start! I will post more as I go. Thank you Tony and thanks to everyone for looking.

Getting my new cast iron grate mod and skillet a bit of a cure before tonight's festivities!

Andrew, search for carne asada. You'll find it.

Getting ready for my epic fail at the bean portion of the cook.

The only thing I changed in the entire cook was not using the canned bush's beans. Tried using dried beans soaked overnight. Came out like crap! Live and learn I guess.

Here's the meat! Lol

Ran late in the evening. No fancy plates. Sorry guys.

The CEO and I like our beef a lil more done than the norm. I think I may have taken the flank steak a bit too far. Flavored were great! A tad dry and a bit tough. :/ I would give the cook a c+/b-. Nailed the rice, beef good, beans turrible! Can't wait to do it again! Practice makes perfect! Thanks Tony! ;)
