The CEO and I like our beef a lil more done than the norm. I think I may have taken the flank steak a bit too far. Flavored were great! A tad dry and a bit tough. :/ I would give the cook a c+/b-. Nailed the rice, beef good, beans turrible! Can't wait to do it again! Practice makes perfect! Thanks Tony!
