12 lb. "Natural" Turkey
Apple Juice brine
Stuffed with orange wedges
Brushed with vegetable oil
Cooked at 300-325 for 2hrs and 45 minutes

Great looking bird!! I think lots of folks did the apple brine this year! Love the color! Bet it was a winner!
 
After so many WSM T-birds this year (including mine) I think roasting in the oven is a thing of the past. Nice job there.
