2 racks of spares, 5lbs each. 7.4 lb brisky. Homeade beans on the smoker with left over burnt ends, #5 sauce with brisket juice and tater salad.

I use pulled pork, rib scraps or burnt ends almost all the time and let me tell ya its miteeee fine!

Thank you folks for the kind words! I hate to say this again but........... these were the best ribs I ever had and I mean that! 240 average temp for 5.5hrs with water in the pan (yes you heard me)! The brisky was top 5, it over cooked in the foil/towel hold (should of let it rest for 20min or so). I know better but whats a man to do when he's got his hands full? Beans were the best so far, thanks to Steve Petrone (#5 sauce). Sorry for no plated pics, had folks with plates in hand looking at me!
