My ongoing grilling photos thread

Cajun style burgers with Zapps chips and Miller Lite!!! Cooked over Kingsford Competition charcoal with mesquite wood chips. Dressed with thick sliced American deli cheese and the garlic dill pickles. Pretty damn good!!! :blackkettle:

Good and hot:

Yummy!:

Picked up some gadgets for this smoke, one is for monitoring Kettle temp the other for checking meat internal temp. I know it is not a fancy system but if I'm going to spend all the cheese on this it will be when I'm buying a Performer Platnium! :blueperformer: :

I set the Kettle up with two water pans like I saw on Amazing Ribs, using a blend of apple and cherry wood chunks for smoke.:

What a great thread. I've forgotten how good Masque is. I'm going to have to pull out some tonight for my burgers.

Grilled buffalo wings tonight on the kettle. Will be served tomorrow for lunch with celery and blue cheese:

Need to update this thread!

Tonight we did bone-in ribeye and lamb chops:

Meanwhile my two year old prepared this delicious meal on his Smokey Joe:
