My first time of Roadside Chicken

This weekend I tried my hand at Roadside Chicken. The wife and I enjoyed the chicken, but next time I think I will marinade longer to get more flavor into the chicken.

We also got our new SJS for the camper for the next time we go camping in early November. Going to break the SJS in with a couple of T-Bones!

That first pic is perfect!!! Love some RS chicken...I made it last nite but I didn't get around to take any pics!! Yours looks great!! Don't forget to baste..it helps with the flavor profile (I heat up the remaining marinate in a sauce pot and toss the bird in every 20 minutes or so!!

Like Morgan said I started basting the RSC with some reserved marinade, really adds to the flavor.
