Smoked my first rack of ribs on the kettle for lunch today. They turned out great! Used KBB and hickory chips. Ran it between 250 and 275 for about 3 hours. Delicious!

That's a very nice job, Josh! The ribs look GREAT! I did many a rib on my kettle before I got my first WSM. The kettle demands more attention to hold temps but can do a FINE job, as we see here...
