Great cook and the nest is getting smaller.... bittersweet, yes, for sure. All the pics look great and the plated one is stupendous! We're going out tonight for dinner and it will not be nearly as good as that Bill!

Looks of the top Bill! Love the chick pic...Fingerlicking good. And i love the way you do your cooks,alot of prep time....And that is shown in the finished product! 2 thumbs up

Man I gotta get one of those hibachi grills. Love the 'shis-ka-baskets' too Where did you get those? That is one of the best looking plates I have seen in a while - great job Bill!

Regards,

John

Bill;
Again, you hit a home run! Great looking meal in every way and excellent photos of a VERY nice cook!

I can emphasize with you regarding the kids moving out. Our three kids are all over the place (Southern Pines,North Carolina; Salt Lake City; and Columbus, OH. We only see them a couple of times a year. They'll all be here in a couple of weeks and you can bet the grills and smokers will be rollin'...

Keep on smokin',

Bill…your kids are lucky to have parents who cook like you and the CEO. Your yakitori looks wonderful, nicely glazed with just the right amount of char.
