Man just lovin these Pork Knuckles from Aldi Supermarket..(yes dear i know theres a lot of fat & cholesterol in them :))

Come with there own packet of herbs - salt,garlic & some other perfectly suited herbs which make perfect rub



Cooking them on Off-set with Wattle wood





Decided to for the most part - about 4 hrs steam them with some flat Pepsi that would have gone to waste, double foil wrapped



So glad i did best Knuckles yet absoutley fall apart tender, this picture is at the end just crisping them up some



This is thirsty work feeding this wood in better get some refreshment

I love schweinshaxen but have only had it in Germany. I never even considered doing it on my WSM. You have given me a great suggestion.

Nice Glen, nice!! Had some Pork knuckles at a beer festival in Kronach, Germany years ago and they were great, but yours look better. Good job!!!
