Marinated the TT in Marie Calendars Italian dressing for 48 hours, gave the spuds n onion a head start, used some of the dressing on them as well.

Looks very good Clint, like the side too. That's one thing we have going for us is that TT isn't very popular here so we always find them in the "dog food section of the meat department" (mark down bin).Usually at about $1,25-1.50 a pound.
Barb and I love TT and always snag them if we see them. Think I have three in the freezer right now.
 
There's a TT method I've not yet done (but now on my list of to do's) Looks fantastic Clint. Great photos
