Finally found some meaty beef ribs. Never did them before, so I figured I'd give them a shot after seeing other posts. A light rub and sat in the fridge over night. Smoked at ~240 for almost 7 hours with pecan and apple mix. Pretty good. Even got a hard fought compliment from Mrs G.
